Helping you thrive in the moments and activities that matter most.
At Thrive in Motion OT,
We believe occupational therapy is about more than reaching milestones or completing exercises- it’s about helping people participate in the things that matter most to them.
Thrive in Motion takes a whole-person approach to therapy, considering each individual's strengths, sensory needs, environment, interests, routines, and goals. We work collaboratively with schools, educators, parents, children, caregivers, clients, and other professionals to create practical strategies that can be carried into everyday life.
We provide holistic, neuro-affirming, function-based occupational therapy for people across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood. Primarily serving clients through telehealth, with select in-person services available throughout Metro Detroit.
Supporting participation. Celebrating individuality. Helping you thrive in motion.

Meet Your OT
I'm an occupational therapist passionate about helping people participate more fully in the lives they want to live.
My experience spans pediatric, school-based, adult, geriatric, skilled nursing, outpatient, and telehealth settings. Working across these environments has taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to occupational therapy. Every person brings their own strengths, needs, experiences, and goals to therapy.
My practice is rooted in a holistic, neuro-affirming, and function-based approach. Rather than focusing on making someone fit a particular standard, I focus on understanding what is getting in the way of meaningful participation and finding strategies that work for that individual.
Whether we're supporting a child with feeding or self-regulation, collaborating with a school team, or helping an adult regain independence after an illness or injury, my goal is the same: to help each person feel more capable, supported, and engaged in everyday life.
